Patient got painful red eyes (bilateral but asymmetrical) with severe loss of acuity + mild confusion.

Without specific treatment confusion go slowly down and acuity improve very slowly.

After +/- 10 days we decide to give acyclovir. Eyes become dramatically worse... full blindness...(but no confusion anymore)

Patient refuse to take all drugs. He finaly die with better visual acuity.
