Photo 2 days after stop dexa (high dose of dexa is part of treatment in our "cochonoma" protocol); generalized pustular eruption.
...Condition improved greatly in short time and we decided to stop dexa. Immediately the patient started to have thousands of vesicles (eczema like) which become thousands of pustules the next day on all the body except some little areas free of any lesions (1). The patient had no septic signs as he did on admition!?!...
