The patient had a progressive rash associated with fever and inflamation of mouth area. She has been taking bactrim for long time and had stopped taking e it when rash started. Fever went down when rash appeared. After one week, I decided to give 1/2 bactrim and observe because I thought the cause may be viral (eq measle). fifteen minutes after she took bactrim, acute rash again (including palms!) + coughing... (see other photos from carousel) We treated with high dose of dexa directly and all was all right the day after. See "6-allergy"
