Possibly resistant penicilliosis. I was unable to make a firm diagnosis at the time but similar cases came after and etc. (For me, syphilis3 is another possibility.)
NB pxx042, pxx43, pxx47 & pxx48 were send to "www.dermatlas.com" for visual analysis (no lab info, as usual, just not enough information for firm diagnosis...) They spoke about Crypto for one photo and herpes virus for the other. I have to admit that for this patient, I preffer my own diagnosis... I still feel that the skin lesions of this patient were caused by same disease. See "30-penicilliosis" & "30-skin crypto" & "37-syphilis" & "17-herpes"...
