Penicilliosis mixed in the same area with small papules, large ombilicates papules/vesicules, and open bloody necrotic vesicules. Distribution is symetrical. "Bloody/necrotic vesicules" are characteristic and differentiate penicilliosis from molluscum contagiosum and cryptoccocosis. There are no aqueous vesicules as in chickenpox or zoster...
