ptx059. Mycotic generalized infection + psoriasis. The lesion of head recovered with itraconazole.

Mycotic infection was the main problem of all body Skin became normal with Itraconazole. But patient had also a few psoriasis lesions in classical psoriasis area not recovering with itraconazol but recovering with topical steroids) (elbows, nails (?)... bones (?)...)
