ptx046 Penicilliosis. Generalized mycotic infection (symmetrical distribution... face, arms...) Hemorrhagic vesicules with inflamation of the underlying skin. Lips, palate and thongue are often affected as well. Unlike chickenpox, vesicules never appear with clear liquid. This patient had received 1 dose of ampho already and further received itraconazol for 3 days.
