Painfull and deep ulcer on thongue... Patient had also pus discharge from anus. Not recovering with doxycyclin... but recover in only 4 days with ciprofloxacin (see photo bxx042) I though about Chancroid... BUT... after +/- 2 months relapse of both pus discharge and painfull ulcer (see bxx044) of thongue and this time ciprobay is useless... We do not know...
