This photo was taken one day after being admitted, during the initial "cleaning" with dexa/fluco/genta ("cochonoma" protocol). Ther was painful wounds around anus(1) + pus discharge from anus(2) .... Gono/chlamidia + Herpes? All was normalized with doxycyclin only (during the withdrawal treatment).
