Well-tolerated.

· Contraindications:

• Severe renal insufficiency
• Severe hepatic insufficiency
• History of previous intolerance

· Usual dose:

• One 150-mg pill twice daily or two 150-mg pills once
  daily.
• May be taken with or without food.
