??"Syphilis(2+neuro)" versus "Palmar and plantar psoriasis+ neuro problem origin X"?? (rest of skin was normal)

Patient was admited with severe dysphagia (unable to swallow saliva!!!) + dysphasia (but conscious and not comfused) + mild symetrical paresia.

Not responding to toxo treatment... but after a few days he developed lesions on soles of feet and palms of hands (see photos)

We treated him with a dexa high dose (for dysphagia more and more severe & dangerous... see protocol "32-dysphagia") + procain penicilin 3 millions international unit a day during 7 days (no probenecid available)

Soles/palms became normal only after after 10 days (with a moult syndrome at the end...see evolution on photos...)

Neuro improved as well during the following month. We are still unsure of diagnosis...
