When this patient was a kid he got a paraphimosis. He never spoke about...
Fibrosis progressively made lesion irreversible... that is the official story and in fact old paraphimosis can have that kind of appearance... but maybe I asked questions in a wrong way....
Another story can be that the patient inject too much silicone in his own foreskin...
